Lauren
Licensed Conveyancer & Director
Lauren is the founder and driving force behind Aurora Conveyancing. Becoming a Licensed Conveyancer after studying at Macquarie University and with more than 30 years of experience across both boutique and large law firms throughout Sydney, Lauren brings an incredible depth of industry knowledge, passion, and determination to every client matter.
After opening Aurora Conveyancing 17 years ago, Lauren built the business around trust, relationships, and genuine care for her clients. Having recently completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of New England and now finishing her Master of Applied Laws at the College of Law, she is proudly working towards her dream of becoming a qualified solicitor.
Tenacious by nature, Lauren is also a beach lover, great cook, dog enthusiast, and someone who never says no to a well-earned wine at the end of a busy week.
Toni
Licensed Conveyancer
Toni is an integral part of Aurora Conveyancing and someone the entire team and many of our clients simply couldn’t imagine the business without. A Licensed Conveyancer with a wealth of industry experience, Toni completed her studies through Macquarie University and has built a reputation for being knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely exceptional at what she does.
Known for her calm nature, patience, and kindness, Toni has an incredible ability to guide clients through the conveyancing process in a way that feels reassuring and stress-free. Behind the scenes, she is the steady hand that keeps matters moving smoothly, and her attention to detail and commitment to clients are second to none.
Outside the office, Toni is a proud mum of two awesome kids and a valued member of the local community, where she and her husband have built a wonderful life together. Her warmth, professionalism, and unwavering support make her not only an irreplaceable part of Aurora but also someone clients instantly trust and feel comfortable with.
Isabella
Law Graduate
Isabella recently graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Laws + media and communication and is already making her mark in the legal industry with her tenacious attitude, strong work ethic, and vibrant personality. A proud alumna of Mount St Benedict College, she brings both professionalism and personality to the Aurora team. Alongside her role at Aurora Conveyancing, Isabella is completing her mandated practical legal training through the College of Law while gaining valuable experience at a Sydney-based criminal law firm.
Known for her fun energy, passion for fashion, and determination to succeed, Isabella is a valued part of the Aurora team. Outside of work, she’s a proud dog mum to Teddy and her mum calls her ‘a masterpiece.’
Alyssa
Conveyancing Assistant
Alyssa joined Aurora Conveyancing this year after graduating from Gilroy College and is currently in her third year of studying Law and Commerce at Macquarie University. With a keen interest in the property law industry, she brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine passion for learning to the team every day.
As our assistant, Alyssa’s calm and quiet demeanour perfectly complements the Aurora culture, and she quickly became a natural fit within the team. A fellow dog lover and football fan, she brings a warm, grounded energy to the office and is someone both clients and colleagues instantly feel comfortable around.
Bianca
Marketing & Branding
Bianca is the creative force behind Aurora Conveyancing’s marketing and branding, with an incredible eye for detail and a natural talent for making everything look polished, cohesive, and effortlessly beautiful. She’s constantly bringing fresh ideas to the table and finding thoughtful, innovative ways to bring the Aurora brand to life.
With a background in real estate project marketing and the not-for-profit marketing and events sector, Bianca brings a wealth of experience, creativity, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for property to the Aurora team.
Outside of work, she’s a proud mum of three, a passionate home renovator, and a lover of travel. Known for her impeccable style and ability to create beautiful spaces, Bianca brings the same level of care, creativity, and attention to detail to everything she does.
Kerry
Accounts Manager
Kerry keeps the financial side of Aurora Conveyancing running smoothly behind the scenes. From making sure the bills are paid to ensuring trust audits are always up to date, she keeps the business organised, compliant, and on track.
While the team manages property transactions, Kerry manages the money, bringing reliability, experience, and plenty of common sense to the office every day. As Lauren’s mum, she’s also a huge part of the heart behind Aurora and someone the whole team relies on.
